 Job Scope工作职责范围:
对面料颜色、手感等进行品控，及建立颜色、手感标样等
Responsible for quality control on color, handfeel etc., and establish color or hand feel standard and master etc.
 Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
1, 根据标准或要求对大货或样品船样的色光、手感、外观的品控。
Responsible for quality control about S/S for bulks and samples according to both quality standard and requirements.


2, 对所有大货色光进行分色及审核（比如：挑选色光的留样，此样手感、色光、品质都要符合客户标准），以备以后寄样
Responsible for grouping bulk lot shades, then mark the representative piece for dispatching samples later.

3,负责给每个客户的寄样，选好后把卷号 色光 门幅克重写在单子上，单子交由样品间剪样，然后对此样进行品控，合格后寄给客户批核。
Responsible for quality control about S/S of bulk or sample, and fill roll number, lot shade number, width and weight etc. in Bulk Out-Stock sheet, then pass the sheet to sample room to cut sample, then do quality contol to the piece, if ok, dispatch customer the piece.

4, 跟上海业务及时沟通，第一时间得到客户的确认样及反馈意见，建立相应颜色或手感标样。
To communicate with sales team in SH office timely to get approval comments from customer, establish and filing color/hand feel standard accordingly.

5, 确保所有信息正确，核对完后，把Master发给供应商参考，样品控制员在检验样品发现有色光和手感、布面问题时，给予她建议。
To check and review masters, if all information is ok, then send master to supplier for reference.
Check Master, If sample control find sample with problems on shade, handfeel and aspect etc., will give her advice.

6, 完成领导交办的其他事情。
To complete other work allocated by leader.
